Leon the hedgehog is released into a Buckhaven garden

We are having a big catch up this weekend, starting with some recent releases we haven't had time to post about yet. First up is Leon, who has gone back to Buckhaven.

Leon came to us on the 1/8 weighing 297g, after Leon and Samantha spotted him out in the day in their garden in Buckhaven. He had the usual cocktail of parasites and was dehydrated and underweight. Treatment went well.

At the end of September, Leon was released back to Buckhaven into Robert MacGregor's lovely wildlife friendly garden. A hedgehog nest box was waiting for him, and there is food and water available daily.

Thank you to Robert, and thank you to Leon and Samantha for helping this sweet boy.

You can see more happy endings in our release stories.
