Volunteer with us
We couldn’t care for so many hedgehogs without the help of our volunteers and supporters. If you’d like to give some of your time, we’d love to hear from you.
Ways you could help
Every volunteer is different, so tell us what you enjoy and how much time you have. Some of the ways people help are:
- Fundraising and events: helping at stalls, bingo nights and other events, or organising your own fundraiser.
- Driving: helping to get hedgehogs to us, or to the vet, safely.
- Washing and supplies: collecting donations and helping keep us stocked with clean towels and bedding.
- Spreading the word: sharing our advice online, putting up posters and talking to your community about hedgehogs.
- Hedgehog-friendly gardens: offering your garden as a safe release site, or helping neighbours make their gardens hedgehog-friendly.
Fill in the form and we’ll get back to you for a chat about what would suit you and what we need at the time. Please bear in mind we’re a small, home-based rescue, so it may take us a little while to reply during busy periods.
