Haaland and Dandelion are back home after rescue

We have two lovely release stories to share: Haaland and Dandelion have both gone back home after their time with us.

Haaland was the little hoglet who came to us after he was spotted on the evening of the England/Norway match trying to climb a kerb in Cowdenbeath. He weighed 128g. Poor Haaland had an awful abscess on his side, and he received veterinary treatment from the wonderful team at St Clair Vet Group in Kirkcaldy. He recovered well and was released back to Cowdenbeath weighing 1,134g.

Dandelion came to us weighing just 82g after he was spotted in a garden in Kinghorn early one evening with no siblings or mum around. He did so well in the rescue and he left us weighing 970g. Thank you to Hilary for providing her garden as a release site back in Kinghorn.

You can see more happy endings on our release stories page.
