Today is my lovely husband Andy’s 60th Birthday!
To have such a wonderful supportive person by my side who is just as passionate as I am in saving our precious hedgehogs is amazing!
As well as being a full time bus driver, Andy is full on in the running of the rescue.
From collecting hedgehogs from finders, vet trips, tip runs, community talks, paperwork to cleaning hutches, Andy helps with it all and I couldn’t do it without him
He is the shoulder I cry on when hedgehogs come in so incredibly poorly and don’t make it and he supports me daily in making me that first cup of tea of the day and believe me if you’ve been up all night looking after a poorly hedgehog or feeding a hoglet it is the best ever!
Happy Birthday and thank you for all you do for me and for the hedgehogs and thank you for all those half marathons you have ran to raise much needed funds
