Fergus was spotted one evening laid out in the road. He didn’t ball up when the finder approached which can be a sign something is wrong.
On getting to the rescue we discovered Fergus had an abscess on his face.
Thankfully with treatment this soon cleared up and he was released to a hedgehog friendly garden to come and go from, in the area he was found.
